Over the past few years of working in the security analytics field I have learned the importance of open source threat intelligence. There is so much available online that can be imported or used in conjunction with your SIEM of choice.
With this in mind, I have created a simple, small project that streamlines the process and enables the automatic download and parsing of open source lists. This project, written in python, simply grabs it’s sources from the accompanying “sources.txt” and downloads the referenced text, CSV or any file you wish.
Note, I have not included all of my sources in this release, I can’t be expected to give everything away 🙂
If you would like a copy of the script, contact me on twitter or via email. I will post it on here for download soon!
